At TechnoWelle GmbH, we are expanding our automotive software engineering team and are looking for an experienced AUTOSAR Senior Engineer to join us in delivering cutting-edge solutions for leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across Europe.

What We're Looking For
🔹 Strong programming experience in C
🔹 Solid understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and design principles
🔹 Hands-on experience with Vector MICROSAR and Vector DaVinci tools
🔹 Minimum 5 years of AUTOSAR configuration experience
🔹 Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, FlexRay, Ethernet)
🔹 Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, or equivalent tools
🔹 Familiarity with automotive development processes and standards
🔹 Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently analyze and resolve complex software and system-level issues
🔹 Strong collaboration and communication skills
🔹 A multicultural mindset and the ability to thrive in international environments
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, integrate, and test Classic AUTOSAR 4.x software components
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR stacks using Vector DaVinci and related tools
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Support software integration, release engineering, and system validation activities
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Valid German work authorization
- Willingness to travel and work on-site for long-term assignments within EU countries
Nice to have
- Adaptive AUTOSAR experience
- ASPICE, ISO 26262, and Agile methodologies
- MATLAB Embedded Coder
- German language skills (A2 level or higher)
