Industrial Solutions Sales Engineer

We are seeking an ambitious, technically minded engineer to drive business development for industrial automation, End-of-Line (EOL) testing, and Industry 4.0/IoT solutions across the Middle East and Europe.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A dynamic engineer or technical sales professional with a passion for industrial tech, dual fluency in English and Arabic, and a strong drive to build a long-term international sales career.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Present technical solutions, lead product demonstrations, and prepare proposals.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial manufacturers.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to design customer-specific solutions.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, industry events, and client visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Background in technical sales, industrial automation, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Experience with EOL testing systems is a strong advantage, though training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, automation, industrial digitalization (IIoT/MES), and control systems.
- English: Fluent (Mandatory)
Nice to have
- European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong B2B communication.
- Commercial mindset.
- Self-motivated.
